DESIGN SERVICES

Design Services are a fully managed, complete interior design solution tailored to your project. From floor plans and materials selections to contractor coordination and the finishing touches we guide every detail from start to finish so you can enjoy the process with confidence and clarity as we create a cohesive and beautifully executed space.

We begin with a phone call to discuss your project and then review the space together. We will develop a scope of work that details what you can rely on as we move forward through the design process. Making what seems intangible, tangible, with a budget for services so you know what you are paying for and fits your specific needs. The fun begins! We measure and conceptualize the design inspirations to fine tune the aesthetic and elements. We create mood boards, drawings, and images; select materials, finishes, and components while making revisions to narrow the options. This stage is fluid as we work out the details, make lots of decisions, and map out the design. Once the details of the design are finished, the final deliverables are created and presented. Floor plans, layouts, renderings, sourcing specifications, samples, and anything else required to execute the vision. The design phase is complete and ready to come to life!

DESIGN IN REAL TIME

A focused, on-site consultation designed to provide immediate design solutions and expert input. Whether you’re stuck on a layout, debating colors, or planning a project, this offers real time guidance right where it’s needed most in your space. When you don’t need a full design package, just a power session where we roll up our sleeves and tackle whatever’s on your mind. Perfect for:

Sessions are available in flexible time blocks ranging from 1 hour to 6 hours.

  • One Hr. Consultation - $175

  • Two and a Half Hr. Consultation - $375

  • Four Hr. Consultation - $500

  • Six Hr. Consultation - $750

E-DESIGN

E Design services are a convenient virtual process, offering color and design direction from the comfort of your own home. Start where you are and elevate your space one step at a time or in one giant leap based on your schedule, budget, and timeline with personalized color palettes and styling plans. A flexible, time-saving, and affordable option when you have a vision, but aren’t quite sure how to pull it all together. If you are not afraid to manage the details or execute the vision, e-design is for you.

E-Design Refund Policy

If you have paid for service but haven’t finished the questionnaire and homework, because you have changed your mind, just reach out and I will issue a refund less a 5% administration fee. Otherwise, I am ready when you are. There is no deadline to completing the questionnaire and homework. If you have any concerns or objections to the recommendations, please share them during our review call. I want you to be happy and a round of revisions is included with the service. Once the design process starts or the E Design is complete a refund cannot be provided.
